Na importante vitória diante do Flamengo, no último domingo (4), por 2 a 1, o Cruzeiro contou com um imenso apoio de sua torcida do Mineirão e a atuação dos torcedores foi destacada pelo ex-jogador Felipe Melo.
Em participação no “Fechamento SporTV”, o comentarista do programa exaltou o poder que a massa cruzeirense tem quando vai em peso ao estádio Mineirão para apoiar o time celeste.
Segundo Felipe Melo, os torcedores presentes no estádio fizeram toda a diferença no difícil confronto com o Flamengo, considerado um dos melhores times do Brasileirão.
“Queria destacar a torcida do Cruzeiro. O Mineirão lotado faz uma diferença enorme. A atmosfera maravilhosa da torcida do Cruzeiro. Tem que se destacar isso”, disse o ex-jogador, que atuou pelo time mineiro entre 2003 e 2004.

O público total no Mineirão no duelo do fim de semana foi de 52.792 torcedores e a renda obtida na partida foi de R$ 3.079.743,00. Foi o segundo duelo com maior público da competição neste ano.
Com a vitória, a Raposa terminou a sétima rodada na quarta colocação do Campeonato Brasileiro, com 13 pontos, três a menos que o líder Palmeiras.
Na próxima rodada, no domingo (11), o time de Leonardo Jardim vai viajar até Recife (PE) para enfrentar o Sport, às 16h (de Brasília), no estádio Ilha do Retiro.
Antes, no entanto, tem compromisso pela Copa Sul-Americana nesta quarta-feira (7), quando vai enfrentar o Mushuc Runa, no Equador, às 21h30 (de Brasília).
