Plavšič je aktuálně hráčem polského Rakówa, kde má smlouvu až do června 2026 s opcí na další sezonu.
V této sezoně toho ovšem moc neodehrál kvůli zdravotním problémům.

Kolem příchodu devětadvacetiletého Srba je řada otazníků. Mohl by ovšem být alternativou pro Baník v případě odchodu Ewertona, čímž by se by se podle inFotbal.cz uvolnilo místo v platové struktuře klubu, který je stále ve hře o druhou příčku v české lize.
Plavšič přišel v roce 2017 z CZ Bělehrad do Sparty, o čtyři roky později poté, co odmítl prodloužit smlouvu, nalezl působiště v Edenu.
Přechod mezi pražskými S vyvolal emoce. Srba fanoušci Letenských proklínali. Ze Slavie zamířil nejprve na hostování do Baníku a pak přestoupil do Polska.
