Právě je v Šanghaji na svém prvním Světovém poháru sezony, kde ji tradičně v roli kouče doprovází její tatínek Zdeněk. Nově se ale o přípravu plzeňské lukostřelkyně dělí s francouzským expertem Markem Dellenbachem.

„I když mě v září čeká mistrovství světa, kam pojedu v roli úřadující mistryně světa, pořád je to po olympiádě takové hlušší období a já cítila už delší dobu, že potřebuju nějaký posun,“ popisovala v rozhovoru pro Sport.cz.

Vloni do Paříže cestovala jako jedna z nejvýraznějších postav české výpravy, na slavnostním zahájení nesla spolu s Lukášem Krpálkem vlajku. V individuálním závodě jí ale ideálně nevyšla kvalifikace, v druhém kole narazila na favorizovanou Korejku Nam So-hjon a její pouť olympijským turnajem skončila.

Právě v Paříži se ale začala rodit spolupráce s koučem, který dvanáct let vedl úspěšný francouzský národní tým. „S taťkou nám to fungovalo, ale já chtěla vyhrávat ještě víc závodů a být v té úplné špičce. A když se naskytla možnost sáhnout po trenérovi, který se řadí mezi nejlepší v Evropě, tak jsme se domluvili na spolupráci,“ popisuje Horáčková.

I otec, který ji provází celou kariérou, se změnou souhlasil. „Nebylo to v určité fázi úplně jednoduché, museli jsme to v tom našem trojúhelníku vykomunikovat. Ale pak jsme byli, myslím, všichni docela nadšeni, Markova i tátova trenérská filozofie se docela snoubí. Předělávali jsme techniku, což je dost náročné na hlavu přepsat ty zajeté návyky,“ říká.

Co všechno změnila? Už samotný postoj při střílení. „Dřív jsem neměla paralelně postavené nohy a byla jsem přetočená v trupu. Teď stojím přirozeněji v rovině. Snížili jsme nátahovou sílu luku, zároveň jsem prodloužila nátah, díky čemuž jsem potřebovala delší šípy,“ vypočítává nejzásadnější změny.

Tou další je příprava v Lausanne, kde Dellenbach působí. Do vyhlášeného švýcarského lukostřeleckého centra jezdí Horáčková každý měsíc zhruba na týden. „Je tam obrovská hala, kde se dá střílet na 70 metrů,“ vypichuje jednu z výhod zimní přípravy. Doma v Plzni často musela přes zimu střílet z otevřeného okna.

„V Lausanne mají i špičkové vybavení, kdy nás natáčejí na kamery. Vědí, kam je přesně postavit a okamžitě mám zpětnou vazbu,“ líčí. Dalším bonusem je ušetřený čas. „Doma musím dojet na střelnici, pak do fitka, jinam na regeneraci. Tady je vše v jednom,“ pochvaluje si bydlení zhruba 300 metrů od sportovního centra, kde si v rámci úspor času i financí sama vaří.

Kromě rozjíždějící se lukostřelecké sezony si Horáčková musí plnit i školní povinnosti, na pedagogické fakultě Západočeské univerzity ji čekají státnice. Ty potřebuje složit v červnu, případný opravný pokus by se kryl s mistrovstvím světa v Jižní Koreji.

„Teď jsem odevzdávala diplomku o kompenzačních cvičeních na lukostřelbu a termín bych měla mít těsně před dalším Světovým pohárem v červnu v Turecku,“ plánuje.
