Some NFL rivalries stay on the field, this one followed them into retirement and straight onto social media. Former cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones is fuming after Antonio Brown allegedly leaked his personal phone number on Instagram, leading to an avalanche of more than 17,000 calls and countless voicemails from strangers across the country.
The bad blood between these two has been brewing for nearly a decade, but it recently reached new levels after a dispute involving legendary coach Deion Sanders. When Jones publicly questioned Brown’s criticism of Sanders, Brown’s response wasn’t words, it was digits. He posted Jones‘ number for the world to see.

Pacman answers the calls, literally
Jones didn’t stay silent. In fact, he used the chaos to his advantage. During a recent episode of his podcast, Pacman confirmed the leak and revealed he had received thousands of calls. Instead of ignoring them, he decided to turn the tables, by playing voicemails on-air and even calling some of the random numbers back.

“That bitch Antonio Brown leaked my number,” Jones said on the podcast. “So I called some of these people back.” The moment quickly went viral, sparking both laughter and backlash online.
A feud fueled by history
This isn’t just social media drama, it’s a continuation of a long-running feud dating back to their days in the NFL. One of their most infamous clashes occurred during a 2016 playoff game, when Brown was knocked unconscious by Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict. Jones, who played for Cincinnati at the time, claimed Brown was exaggerating the hit and even accused him of winking afterward, despite Brown being diagnosed with a concussion.
Brown later fired back, denying any theatrics and defending his reputation as a professional athlete. “They lost the game,” he said, “so they’ll say whatever they can to shift the blame.”
Years later, the insults haven’t stopped, they’ve just gone digital. And if this latest stunt is any indication, the Pacman vs. AB saga is far from over.
