“O Cruzeiro, como tinha ocorrido contra o bom time do Bahia, marcou o Flamengo por pressão em bloco e anulou a saída de bola e a troca de passe desde a defesa. Quando não dava para pressionar, o Cruzeiro recuava a marcação e formava duas linhas de quatro sem espaços entre elas para evitar que os meias recebessem a bola”, escreveu Tostão.

Além de um jogador de beirada, o clube estuda também a contratação de um lateral-esquerdo. Marlon, recentemente, foi emprestado ao Grêmio. Hoje, Jardim tem disponível Kaiki, titular absoluto, e Kauã Prates, de 17 anos, que ainda não estreou como profissional.
