Benja, Mauro Beting e Mano divergem sobre Cristiano Ronaldo no Palmeiras

No Arena SBT de ontem, os comentaristas discutiram a possibilidade de Cristiano Ronaldo atuar no Alviverde. Essa informação surgiu do portal “Telemundo Deportes”, que informou sobre uma possível negociação de CR7 com três times que disputarão o Mundial de Clubes esse ano: Palmeiras, Chelsea e Al-Hilal.

A princípio, o contrato do astro português seria apenas para o torneio, algo que a Fifa irá permitir, em uma janela especial para esses clubes.

Mauro Beting, então, disse que Cristiano Ronaldo no Palmeiras não tem nenhuma chance de acontecer. Além disso, ele não se mostrou favorável à ideia.

“Não é possível isso, vamos falar de outra coisa. É impossível acontecer, muito caro, e do jeito que está o Palmeiras, com a diretoria atual, não vai”, disse.

“É um grande jogador, mas a princípio não sou a favor. Se fosse um por ano seria outra coisa”, opinou.

Ainda no “Arena”, os comentaristas Carlos Alberto e Mano, também se mostraram contrário a essa contratação apenas para a competição.

“Isso não da certo, o Cruzeiro no Mundial de Clubes contra o Borussia contratou Gonçalves, Bebeto, Donizete Pantera e não deu certo. Ele joga em qualquer time, mas não sou a favor dessa situação, apenas para o Mundial. Teria que ter um projeto de no mínimo um ano, com começo, meio e fim”, opinou Carlos Alberto.

“Nesse contexto, não seria bom. É um jogador que não tem identificação nenhuma com o Palmeiras, ia cair de paraquedas lá, o futebol não é “amigos do Cristiano Ronaldo” para ele entrar lá e falar que vai jogar hoje. Se viesse para jogar um ano, ok, mas um mês, não”, disse Mano.

Por outro lado, o apresentador Benja se mostrou favorável a essa ideia. Primeiro, ele fala sobre o marketing que isso traria ao Verdão.

“Vocês são malucos, se o rola um negócio desse ia ser espetacular, ia ser histórico. Vai estar na maior potência do mundo que é os Estados Unidos, em um Mundial de Clubes, jogando contra o Messi… se chega o Cristiano Ronaldo, o foco vai todo para o Palmeiras. Seria maravilhoso, o cara atrai muita coisa”, iniciou.

Então, sobre ser um projeto curto, algo que incomodou os colegas de programa, Benja entende que nesse caso é diferente, já que trata-se de um dos principais jogadores da história.

“Uma coisa é você trazer o Zezinho só para o Mundial, não é legal mesmo. Outra coisa é trazer um dos maiores jogadores da história do futebol”, finalizou o comunicador.
