Rodině ruského olympijského vítěze po zásahu granátem shořel dům u hranic s Ukrajinou

Útoky na civilisty na Ukrajině ze strany Rusů jsou přitom od začátku války každodenní realitou. S postupem doby ale došlo alespoň k částečné ochutnávce válečných hrůz i pro ruské občany v příhraničních oblastech. Na vlastní kůži je zažila i Bolšunovova rodina, respektive jeho rodiče, kterým po zásahu granátem shořel v dubnu dům v obci Podyvotje v Brjanské oblasti.

„Úplně všechno bylo zničeno. Jak se s tím smířit? Postavili jsme to vlastníma rukama. Je to jako tříska, která se zaryla hodně hluboko,“ stěžoval si Alexandr Bolšunov senior v rozhovoru pro server championat.com s tím, že do svého rodného domu už se neodvážil přijet od loňského listopadu.

„Potom už ne, začal tam hon na auta, cíleně je vyhledávají drony a útočí na ně. Domy hoří skoro každý den. Panuje tam naprostý chaos. Trpí nevinní lidé. Bojovat se má se sobě rovnými, ne s bezbrannými civilisty, kteří se nemají, jak bránit,“ posteskl si Bolšunov starší, aniž by přímo zmínil, že za útoky stojí Ukrajinci.

Hořící dům rodičů Alexandra Bolšunova

O zkáze rodinného domu se dozvěděl od rodičů své manželky, kteří v Podyvotje stále žijí a odmítají se evakuovat. „Nechtějí. A nejsou jediní. Většinou sedí ve sklepech, protože tam je to šílené. Ani já jsem nechtěl odejít, dokud jsem náhodou nepřežil výbuch granátu přímo na dvoře. Do té doby kolem něco létalo, ale vyhýbalo se mi to. A člověk si žil dál. Ale když to pak přijde cíleně, musíte si vybrat – život, nebo dům,“ vyprávěl.

Zpráva o zkáze domu prý citelně zasáhla i jeho slavného syna. „Saša byl zdrcený. Tohle se nedá pochopit. Jak nazvat ty, kdo útočí na civilisty? Radši nebudu říkat, co mám na jazyku. Nechť to zůstane na jejich svědomí, pokud nějaké mají,“ naříkal na následky války, jejíž rozpoutání však jeho syn po boku Putina nadšeně oslavoval.

Řeč se ale stočila i na závodní sezonu Alexandra Bolšunova, která byla kvůli zdravotním problémům výsledkově dlouho za očekáváním. Vzhledem k pokračující mezinárodní izolaci Rusové opět závodili jen na národním seriálu a ani na něm se olympijský hrdina dlouho nemohl dostat na stupně vítězů. A v tamních médiích byl často kritizován.

„Saša si uvědomoval příčiny (špatných výsledků). Ale chtěl všechno hned. Myslím, že sám sebe trochu přetížil psychicky. Trápilo ho to. Vysvětloval jsem mu, že když tělo nechce běžet, nejde to přemáhat. Je to člověk, ne stroj,“ vysvětloval závodníkův otec.

Ten stále věří, že Rusům nakonec bude povoleno startovat na olympiádě příští rok a jeho syn bude moct svá zlata z Pekingu obhajovat. Přestože třeba i z řad norských závodníků zaznívá, že za současné situace je návrat Rusů na mezinárodní scénu nežádoucí.

„Norové ani nic jiného říct nemohli. Nechtějí konkurenci, takže tohle je pro ně výhodné. Co se týče olympiády, je to především politika. Pokud nás tam pustí, bude to zázrak. I když je šance malá, Saša se musí připravit na boj s nejlepšími. Pokud ho tam pustí, nepojede se jen zúčastnit, ale bojovat o nejvyšší příčky. Jiný cíl není,“ dodal Bolšunov starší.
