West Ham United have confirmed that Aaron Cresswell, Lukasz Fabianski, Vladimir Coufal and Danny Ings will leave the club at the end of the season.
All four players were part of the side that helped the team win the Europa Conference League under David Moyes in 2023.
“Aaron, Lukasz, Vladimir and Danny have been a pleasure to work with in my time here so far — all brilliant professionals on and off the pitch, with fantastic experience in the Premier League, and clearly loved and admired by their team-mates and everyone here at the club,” said West Ham head coach Graham Potter.

The quartet have been on the fringes of the squad this season but have made more than 800 appearances for West Ham combined.
Cresswell joined in 2014 from Ipswich Town for £3.75million and has spent 11 seasons with the club in the top flight, a West Ham record in the Premier League era. The 35-year-old has made 366 appearances for the team in total and was capped three times by England between 2016 and 2017.
Fabianski, 40, spent seven seasons at Arsenal before joining Swansea City in 2014. He signed for West Ham in 2018 and quickly became the first-choice goalkeeper at the London Stadium. The former Poland international has played 215 games for the club.
Defender Coufal joined in 2020 and had an option in his contract triggered by the club in January 2024 to extend his stay in east London until 2025. The 31-year-old, who has been capped 53 times by the Czech Republic, has made 177 appearances for West Ham, never scoring but providing 20 assists.
Ings signed for the club in January 2023, marking the striker’s fifth Premier League team after spells with Burnley, Liverpool, Southampton and Aston Villa. The 32-year-old has made 69 appearances for the club, scoring five times, though he has only totaled 270 minutes in the league this season.
West Ham, 17th in the table, return to action on Sunday with a visit to Europa League finalists Manchester United.
What does this mean for West Ham’s summer?
The departures of Fabianski, Cresswell, Coufal and Ings leave a void in West Ham’s squad.
Although signing a goalkeeper this summer was initially not considered a priority, West Ham now consider Aaron Ramsdale of Southampton and Freiburg’s Noah Atubolu as potential replacements for Fabianski.
Cresswell’s departure is a result of the emergence of promising prospect Ollie Scarles, with the England under-21 international competing for the left-back spot with Emerson Palmieri.
Kyle Walker-Peters, the Southampton defender, is among the list of right-backs viewed as a potential replacement for Coufal.
Ings only played 34 minutes of Premier League football under Potter. West Ham remain in the market for a forward but first-choice target Jonathan David, of Lille, would prefer to join a European club.
