Durchbruch für den Transfer-Mega-Deal in der Bundesliga! Der FC Bayern und Leverkusen-Star Florian Wirtz (22) haben sich nach BILD-Informationen auf einen Wechsel geeinigt!
Der erste Schritt ist gemacht, die Frage scheint jetzt nur noch: Wann geht der Deal über die Bühne?
Bisher gab es noch keine Verhandlungen zwischen dem FC Bayern und Bayer Leverkusen, wo Wirtz noch bis 2027 unter Vertrag steht.
[–>Klar ist dagegen jetzt: Wirtz wird weder seinen Vertrag bei Bayer verlängern, noch Offerten von Klubs wie Real Madrid oder Manchester City in Betracht ziehen.
Denn es gibt zwei Szenarien, auf die sich Bayern mit der Wirtz-Seite verständigt hat:
► Szenario 1: Wirtz kommt sofort diesen Sommer. Für beide Seiten wäre das die Wunschlösung. Bei Bayern soll man demnach bereits ein Angebot in Höhe von angeblich 100 Millionen Euro vorbereiten, das man Bayer Leverkusen zeitnahe vorlegen will.
► Szenario 2: Bayern und Leverkusen können sich nicht auf einen Wechsel für diesen Sommer einigen. Für diesen Fall soll Wirtz den Bayern zugesagt haben, auch noch ein Jahr auf den Wechsel nach München warten zu wollen. Im Sommer 2026 müsste Leverkusen dann verkaufen, will der Klub für seinen Superstar noch eine Transfersumme kassieren. Denn im Jahr 2027 wäre Wirtz vertragslos und damit ablösefrei.

Der FC Bayern wollte sich auf Anfrage nicht dazu äußern. SPORT BILD hatte die Woche von einem Treffen zwischen Sportvorstand Max Eberl (51) und Hans-Joachim Wirtz berichtet, das bereits im März stattgefunden haben soll.
Aus Bayern-Sicht haben die Münchner damit für die anstehenden Verhandlungen mit Leverkusens Geschäftsführer Fernando Carro (60) und Sportchef Simon Rolfes (43) ein Druckmittel, um die Summe 2026 unter die 100-Millionen-Grenze zu senken.
Bayern und Wirtz sind sich einig – jetzt beginnt der große Ablöse-Poker für den Mega-Deal zwischen den Münchnern und Leverkusen!
