A Copa Libertadores 2025 tem 32 participantes na fase de grupos, mas um deles chamou a atenção de Edu Dracena: o Nacional. Nesta semana, o time uruguaio derrotou o Bahia por 3 a 1, em pleno estádio Arena Fonte Nova.
A vitória foi de virada. Jean Lucas inaugurou o marcador para o Bahia, aos dois minutos do segundo tempo. No entanto, Lucas Morales, Nico Lóez e Díaz balançaram as redes para o lado visitante.
“O Nacional mostrou toda sua frieza, mostrou que é um time competitivo, copeiro. E vai brigar até a última rodada com Internacional, Bahia e Atlético Nacional. É o grupo da morte”, opinou Edu Dracena, no programa Jogo Aberto, da TV Bandeirantes.
De acordo com o ex-jogador, o Bahia foi ansioso. “No segundo tempo, quando achou um bom passe e o gol do Jean Lucas, a gente achou que o Bahia ia se soltar mais. Pelo contrário, sentiu. Fez o gol, de repente quis ficar com a bola, mas não conseguiu”, acrescentou.
“Na Libertadores, vencer em casa é um passo muito grande para a classificação. E o Bahia teve muita dificuldade para entrar na defesa do Nacional”, completou Edu Dracena.
O ex-goleiro Ronaldo Giovanelli analisou que o time comandado por Rogério Ceni tem condições de avançar para as fases eliminatórias da Libertadores.
“É uma derrota doída, mas ainda pode pensar numa coisa boa jogando fora de casa porque o Bahia joga bem fora de casa também”, avaliou.
“Essa é a luz para o Bahia, mas não poderia ter tomado o resultado. Foi um azar praticamente. O Bahia está na luta”, finalizou Giovanelli.
Classificação do grupo do Nacional, elogiado por Edu Dracena
No outro jogo da rodada, o Atlético Nacional venceu o Internacional por 3 a 1. Com isso, a classificação está assim: Bahia na liderança com sete pontos, Atlético Nacional em segundo com seis pontos, Internacional no terceiro lugar com cinco pontos e o Nacional na quarta posição com quatro pontos.
