O Palmeiras enfrentou o rival São Paulo jogando em casa em partida válida pela 9º rodada do Brasileirão Feminino, e acabou saindo com a derrota no apagar das luzes por placar de 2 a 1, se distanciando da liderança da competição.
Agora, para voltar a brigar pelas primeiras posições da tabela, o Verdão tem partida decisiva neste fim de semana pela 10° rodada, contra o 3B da Amazônia. O duelo será realizado na Arena Barueri, nova casa do Palmeiras no futebol feminino.
Ainda nesta semana, o Palmeiras mandou time misto para enfrentar o Realidade Jovem, pela primeira rodada do Paulistão Feminino, e venceu por placar de 1 a 0. A vitória deu mais ânimo para a equipe, que visa sua segunda vitória seguida contra o 3B.
