Memorando sobre reforma da Vila Belmiro é apresentado (Reinaldo Campos/ Santos F.C.)
Mais um passo para que o Santos possa, enfim, reformar a Vila Belmiro, foi dado nesta quinta-feira (8), com a apresentação do Memorando de Intenções entre o clube a WTorre para dar sequência ao processo das obras no estádio.
Segundo informações do GE, o novo memorando foi apresentado pelo presidente Marcelo Teixeira ao Conselho Deliberativo do clube, com alterações feitas recentemente pela atual diretoria em relação ao texto que vinha sendo negociado por gestões anteriores, em especial a de seu antecessor, Andrés Rueda.
Mudanças no acordo
Dentre os pontos que foram alterados, está a permissão do direito do uso do estádio pela construtora, que deixa de ter tal provisão, que antes estava marcada para 30 anos os quais a empresa poderia explorar a superfície da nova arena. Com isso, o futuro estádio será totalmente do Peixe, no qual haverá uma ‘gestão compartilhada’ com a parceira,
Tal gestão dá a WTorre a responsabilidade operacional da ‘nova’ Vila Belmiro, tal qual acontece com o Palmeiras e o Allianz Parque, outro estádio gerido pela empresa. Em outra parte do novo memorando, o Santos conseguiu levar para entre 55 a 70% a porcentagem dos valores que terá direito com receitas não ligadas às atividades de futebol, no caso se estendendo de operação de estacionamento e de bares até contratos de naming rights.
No acordo anterior, a porcentagem a qual os santistas ganhariam seria bem menor do que o atual texto e foi outro ponto negociado. Bem como a questão dos donos de camarotes e cadeiras cativas da atual Vila, que continuarão tendo suas propriedades garantidas novo estádio e a prioridade na pré-venda de ingressos para as cadeiras especiais.
