A presidente Leila Pereira, do Palmeiras, participou de um evento relacionado ao Mundial de Clubes da Fifa, torneio que o clube paulista irá disputar entre junho e julho deste ano.
Durante o evento, a mandatária respondeu algumas perguntas dos jornalistas sobre o futuro do Verdão. E um deles foi sobre Cristiano Ronaldo.
Isso porque, o portal “Telemundo Deportes” disse que Palmeiras, Chelsea e Al-Hilal estariam interessados no craque para a disputa do Mundial.
Leila Pereira, então, foi direta e descartou qualquer possibilidade de negócio com o astro português. Segunda ela, nem o Alviverde tem interesse no jogador e nem o jogador tem interesse em atuar aqui.
“Eu fico chocada, inventam uns absurdos. E eu, como presidente do Palmeiras, tenho que ficar desmentindo toda hora. Isso não é verdade, quem falou isso está mentindo. Então, cuidado, está cheio de oportunistas que ficam vendendo ilusões. É mentira, o Cristiano Ronaldo nunca mostrou interesse em vir para o Brasil e o Palmeiras também não tem nenhum interesse no Cristiano Ronaldo”, disse a presidente.
