Renato Maurício Prado não economizou nas críticas ao Flamengo. Nesta semana, o time comandado por Filipe Luís empatou por 1 a 1 com o Central Córdoba. Com o resultado, o clube do Rio de Janeiro está fora da zona de classificação para as fases eliminatórias da Copa Libertadores.
“Depois de um início espetacular, a sensação é que o trabalho desandou. É inacreditável. (O Flamengo) não é mais o mesmo time. Erra passes ridículos, fica perdendo tempo tocando bola na defesa, tenta jogar no contra-ataque”, iniciou o comentarista, em vídeo publicado pelo site UOL.
O Flamengo fez 1 a 0 com Arrascaeta aos dez minutos do primeiro tempo. Depois disso, não teve a postura necessária para sustentar a vitória, na opinião de Renato Maurício Prado.
“O que fez? Recuou. O resto da partida inteira foi o Flamengo se defendendo de uma forma covarde”, disparou.
Renato Maurício Prado analisou que o Central Córdoba não é um rival forte. “Com todo o respeito, é um time que, se disputasse o Campeonato Brasileiro, ia brigar para não cair. É um time pequeno da Argentina”, disse.
“O Flamengo entregou a bola para o Central Córdoba. No primeiro tempo, conseguiu um certo brilho, mas nunca foi o Flamengo do Filipe Luís que nos acostumamos a ver e elogiar”, reforçou.
“Nos últimos jogos, o Flamengo não merece elogios. Pelo contrário, merece críticas. É um time que passou a ser vagalume”, prosseguiu Renato Maurício Prado.

O Mengão encerra a fase de grupos da Libertadores jogando duas vezes em casa. Enfrenta LDU e Deportivo Táchira nos dias 15 e 28 de maio respectivamente. Os dois confrontos estão marcados para ocorrerem a partir das 21h30 (horário de Brasília).
“A classificação ficou muito difícil. Matematicamente ainda é possível, mas jogando esse futebol cheio de erros, sem nenhuma inspiração, alguém pode apostar que o Flamengo vai se classificar? Não faço mais essa aposta”, finalizou Renato Maurício Prado.
