Uscins Renars
In der Nationalmannschaft und bei Top-Klub Hannover Burgdorf in der Handball-Bundesliga verzückt Renars Uscins. Sein Papa Armands indes hat als Trainer einen neuen Job gefunden.
Der Oranienburger Handball-Club (Brandenburg) verpflichtete Uscins senior für seine Drittliga-Mannschaft. Die wird er in den nächsten drei Jahren trainieren – wie OHC-Präsident Thomas Stahlberg stolz verkündete. Der Boss: „Wir sind stolz, dass wir einen Trainer verpflichten konnten, der den EHF-Masterschein gemacht hat und somit hochqualifiziert ist.“
Handball: Papa von Renars Uscins wechselt nach Oranienburg
Uscins war zuletzt hauptamtlicher Trainer der A-Jugend des Dessau-Roßlauer HV.

Er sagt: „Ich denke, das wird eine gute Zusammenarbeit.“ In den vergangenen Wochen saß er bereits inkognito einige Male auf den Rängen der MBS-Arena. Seine Erkenntnisse: „Ich habe ordentlichen Handball gesehen. Und was die Zuschauer hier machen, ist unglaublich.“ Was er forcieren möchte, ist das Tempospiel. „Und es soll noch modernerer Handball gezeigt werden.“
[–>Der frühere lettische Kreisläufer wechselte im Jahr 2005 aus seiner Heimat Riga zum Dessau-Roßlauer HV, wo er bis 2011 spielte. Nach seiner aktiven Karriere trainierte er unter anderem Drittligist Anhalt Bernburg und wurde 2017 Nationaltrainer Lettlands.
