A diretoria exaltou uma nova diretriz no acordo que mostra uma nova forma de enxergar as contratações, baseadas em ideias em comum, mas do que na questão financeira.
Por ter o desejo de firmar a parceria com o presidente Pedrinho, Diniz topou cláusulas diferentes das de outros treinadores, que exigem todo o contrato em caso de demissão.
A ideia do Vasco era evitar casos como o do português Pedro Caixinha, que deixou o Santos após quatro meses e foi à Fifa exigir R$ 15 milhões de multa, como previa o contrato.
O mesmo vale para o atacante Dudu, que rescindiu com o Cruzeiro e foi para o Atlético-MG, e receberá dos dois clubes ao mesmo tempo até o fim do ano.
As multas do Diniz são ajustadas conforme o passar do tempo. Se o trabalho durar três meses é um valor maior, se durar seis meses a multa cai. Tudo baseado no salário.
Logo, se o profissional não performar, não deixa uma herança de dívida, asfixiando o caixa, arranhando a credibilidade e a imagem do clube e do profissional.
Por outro lado, as metas esportivas ficam mais agressivas, tornando-se uma remuneração que valoriza o trabalho, o processo, e faz a conquista ser o objetivo. Mas essas bonificações são moderadas.
A ideia não é gastar dinheiro pelo título e deixar mais dívida como efeito colateral. E sim fazer com que o Vasco volte a ser protagonista. Essa tarefa agora, será de Diniz.
O técnico se apresenta nesta segunda-feira e comanda o time contra o Lanús, pela Sul-Americana.
