In der nächsten Saison läuft die Bundesliga-Konferenz am Samstagnachmittag nicht mehr bei Sky, sondern bei DAZN. Dafür gibt es im Rahmen von „My Matchday“ zwei neue interaktive Angebote: „Multiview“ mit bis zu fünf Live-Spielen auf einen Blick und „Match-Alarm“, mit dem man auf Tore und ähnliche Geschehnisse hingewiesen wird – und die Szene gleich per Knopfdruck sehen kann.
SPORT BILD: Herr Rösner, wie entstand der neue Sky-Samstag?
Alexander Rösner (57): Wir haben nach dem nächsten zeitgemäßen Schritt für die Bundesliga-Übertragungen gesucht, der den Bedürfnissen unserer Zuschauer gerecht wird, wenn sie sich nicht ausschließlich auf ein Einzelspiel konzentrieren, sondern alle Spiele am Samstagnachmittag im Blick behalten möchten. Bei „Multiview“ bieten wir alle parallelen Spiele in einer Mehrfachbildansicht, wobei das Topspiel des Nachmittags in einem größeren Bild zu sehen ist. So verpasst man kein Tor, und der Kunde hat stets die Möglichkeit, zu einem ausgewählten Einzelspiel umzuschalten.

Und der „Match-Alarm“?
Hier kann der Fan das für ihn wichtigste Einzelspiel in voller Länge schauen, erhält aber stets Benachrichtigungen, wenn woanders etwas Wichtiges passiert. Dann hat man die Wahl, ob man sich die Szene als Highlight-Clip anguckt oder bei seinem Spiel bleibt. So verpasst man nichts, muss aber auch nichts anschauen, was einen nicht interessiert.

Die Unterscheidung ist klar: Bei uns entscheidet der Zuschauer interaktiv, was er sieht. Bei der Konferenz wird es von der Redaktion vorgegeben.
Am 34. Spieltag läuft die vorerst letzte Bundesliga-Konferenz bei Sky nach 25 Jahren. Ist etwas Besonderes geplant?
Wir werden uns natürlich gebührend verabschieden, da wir auf dieses Format, das damals bahnbrechend und weltweit einmalig war, sehr stolz sind. Die Original-Sky-Konferenz wird ja nicht ganz weg sein. In der 2. Bundesliga bringen wir sie samstags und sonntags zurück.
Was wird sich am Samstag noch verändern?
Wir werden die Einzelspiele stärken und die Länge der Vorberichte aus den einzelnen Stadien verdoppeln – 30 Minuten ab 15 Uhr – mehr Zeit für Interviews und Themen rund um das konkrete Spiel, das der Fan sehen will. Beim Topspiel des Nachmittags wird ein Reporter mit einem Experten im Stadion sein. Den Countdown ab 14 Uhr wird es weiterhin geben, ebenso wie das schnellste Highlight-Format „Alle Spiele, alle Tore“ nach Abpfiff und das Top-Spiel am Samstagabend mit der bewährten Crew.
In der Bundesliga spielen viele Klubs mit vergleichsweise kleinerer Fan-Basis als Traditionsklubs, die in der 2. Liga sind. Wie groß ist die Sorge vor Aufstiegen von Klubs wie Elversberg und Paderborn?
Sorgen ist das falsche Wort. Es ist Teil des Sports, und wenn Mannschaften überzeugen und aufsteigen, haben sie es verdient. Heidenheim ist eine tolle Story. Wenn man die Reichweiten der Bundesliga isoliert betrachtet, sind mehr sogenannte Traditionsvereine natürlich förderlich. Dass die Zahlen dann höher sind, ist kein Geheimnis. Für uns ist das aber ein Luxusproblem, weil wir auch die Rechte an allen Spielen der 2. Bundesliga haben. In der Summe beider Ligen hatten wir vergangene Saison einen Allzeit-Zuschauerrekord. Ob einzelne Vereine Bundesliga oder 2. Bundesliga spielen, hat für Sky als Unternehmen somit keine spürbaren Auswirkungen.
