Prohráli jste potřetí v řadě. Co budete hráčům vtloukat do hlavy před středečním pohárem?
Nikdo není šťastný, když prohrává. To samé, když se jedná o třetí porážku v řadě. Říkám vám však, že nikdo z mých hráčů teď po zápase nebyl zticha. Každý to viděl, každý to ví, že se jednalo o krádež. Odpověď od nás musí být, že hněv přetavíme v něco pozitivního v dalším zápase.
Oproti zápasu s Jabloncem jste výrazně protočil sestavu. S čím jste do derby šli?
Nasadili jsme Victora Olatunjiho, protože v těchto zápasech podává stabilně dobré výkony. Trochu nám vždy odizoluje stopera Slavie, což se mu dařilo a odehrál dobrý zápas. Co se týče Krasniqiho, tak vepředu hraje přímočaře. Podobné důvody byly i u střídajícího Rrahmaniho. Chtěli jsme na hřiště poslat jedenáct válečníků – a já je tam viděl.
V prvním poločase to však válka ještě nebyla.
Já si ale myslím, že jsme odehráli dobrou první půli. Musíme se prezentovat válečnickým způsobem, abychom odehráli dobrý zápas. Chtěli jsme vyhrávat minisouboje, což se nám dařilo. Snažili jsme se o vysoký presink a čekali, co nám Slavia nabídne.
Po první půli musel střídat Lukáš Haraslín. Bude připravený na finále poháru?
Byl nakopnutý a nechtěli jsme nic riskovat. Očekávám, že ve středu bude stoprocentně nachystaný.
Střídání Filipa Panáka bylo taktéž vynucené?
Byl nakopnutý, proto šel ze hřiště.
Nepřemýšlel jste nad nasazením Jana Kuchty?
Stojím si za tím, jaké hráče jsme postavili. Byli to ti nejlepší, kteří odpovídali bitvě, jež tady vždy je. Osvědčilo se nám to už v minulosti. Víme, jak nám Olatunji zapadá do tohoto způsobu hry. A to samé střídající Tuci. Rozhodně nelituji, že jsme hráli v téhle sestavě.
