Sein Abschied steht bereits fest – das Ziel ist noch offen!
Jonathan Tah (29) verlässt Bayer Leverkusen nach der Saison! Der Verteidiger ist damit in diesem Sommer ablösefrei auf dem Markt. Die Liste der Interessenten ist lang: Der FC Barcelona, die Bayern und auch Manchester United sind am Nationalspieler, der einen Marktwert von 30 Mio. Euro hat, dran.
Der deutsche Rekordmeister wollte den Abwehrmann bereits vergangenen Sommer holen, der Transfer scheiterte schließlich an 5 Mio. Euro. Leverkusen forderte 25 Mio. Euro plus 5 Mio. Boni Ablöse, die Münchner boten 20 Mio. plus 5 Mio. – mehr genehmigte der Bayern-Aufsichtsrat nicht.
[–>Dieses Problem gibt es in diesem Jahr nicht. Bei den Bayern könnte Tah den Engländer Eric Dier (31) ersetzen, der ablösefrei nach Monaco wechselt. Aber auch Barcelona mit Trainer Hansi Flick (60) ist im Rennen. Allerdings hat der spanische Top-Klub Finanz-Sorgen und könnte deshalb Probleme bekommen, Tah bei der Liga zu registrieren.
Man United dagegen hat bereits Gespräche mit Tah-Berater Pini Zahavi geführt. Die „Red Devils“ sind laut einem Bericht der Zeitung „Mirror“ sehr zuversichtlich, den Defensiv-Star in die Premier League lockem zu können. Trainer Ruben Amorim (40) will seine Abwehr verstärken.

Eine Tah-Verpflichtung wäre deutlich einfacher, wenn sich der englische Rekordmeister für die Champions League qualifiziert. Dafür muss Man United im Europa-League-Finale gegen Tottenham gewinnen – denn in der Liga liegt der Klub abgeschlagen nur auf Platz 15. Eine Champions-League-Qualifikation würde United bis zu 120 Mio. Euro bringen.
Auch Newcastle hat ein Auge auf Tah geworfen. Der Klub, der dem Staatsfonds von Saudi-Arabien gehört, ist aber ebenfalls von der Champions-League-Qualifikation abhängig. In der Liga liegt Newcastle nach einem 2:0 gegen Chelsea auf Rang drei dafür aber auf Kurs.
