Durante o programa ‘Mesa Redonda’, o comentarista alegou que a equipe dirigida por Luis Zubeldía vai brigar por uma vaga na Libertadores, sem a mínima condição de sonhar com a conquista do título nacional.
“Neste momento, a campanha é vergonhosa, mas não luta contra o rebaixamento. O SPFC não cai mesmo, não tem time para cair, mas para ficar por uma vaga na Libertadores. Título não, esquece”, disse Muller.

Com apenas nove pontos conquistados, o Tricolor caiu cinco posições nesta última rodada do Campeonato Brasileiro.
“As copas podem ser ganhas por equipes que não necessariamente têm elencos grandes.” Vamos em busca do mais alto possível no Brasileirão e veremos no último mês, mês e meio, onde estaremos. O objetivo sempre é entrar na próxima Libertadores”, disse Zubeldía.
