Mit nur 17 Jahren ist er schon gefragt wie ein ganz Großer!
Lennart Karl ist eines der größten Talente am Nachwuchs-Campus des FC Bayern. Der offensive Mittelfeldspieler durfte sich in dieser Saison schon bei drei verschiedenen Teams des deutschen Rekordmeisters zeigen: bei der U17 und der U19 in den jeweiligen Nachwuchs-Ligen sowie in der UEFA Youth League. Zuletzt durfte er auch bei den Stars von Trainer Vincent Kompany (39) regelmäßig mittrainieren. Er stand in dieser Spielzeit sogar bereits fünfmal im Profi-Kader (noch ohne Einsatz).
Seine Quote für die Jugendteams der Münchner spricht für sich: In 29 Pflichtspielen hat Karl 34 Tore geschossen und 10 weitere aufgelegt!
[–>Beim 4:2 im Viertelfinale der U19-Nachwuchsliga gegen Dortmund schnürte er zuletzt einen Doppelpack. Im Halbfinale des Wettbewerbs scheiterte er mit seinem Team dann nur ganz knapp mit 3:4 in der Verlängerung gegen Leverkusen.
Aufgrund seiner Mega-Leistung in der bisherigen Saison wird das Bayern-Juwel nun womöglich auch noch einen Wahnsinns-Sommer erleben!
Ab dem 19. Mai wird der kleine Edeltechniker zunächst mit seiner DFB-Auswahl an der U17-EM in Albanien teilnehmen. Und sobald er seine Teilnahme am Turnier beendet hat (Finale am 1. Juni) könnte Karl mit den Bayern-Profis auch noch zur Klub-WM von Mitte Juni bis Mitte Juli in den USA reisen.

Coach Vincent Kompany (39) wird seinen Star-Kader für das neue Mega-Turnier nämlich mit mehreren Jugendspielern erweitern. Und Karl gilt wegen seines Status als Top-Talent neben seinem U17-Nationalelf-Kollegen Wisdom Mike (16) und Sturm Juwel Jonah Kusi-Asare (17) als heißer Mitfahr-Kandidat.
Sollte er nach der U17-EM tatsächlich mit Harry Kane (31) und Co. in die Staaten fliegen, wäre das für Karl das Sahnehäubchen auf eine bislang ohnehin schon unglaublich erfolgreiche Saison!
