Walter Casagrande não tem dúvidas de que o Palmeiras vai bater de frente com o Flamengo. Analisando o elenco que Abel Ferreira tem nas mãos, o ex-atacante acredita que o treinador tem em todos os setores mais um jogador no mesmo nível.
Nas laterais, por exemplo, Casão classificou como ‘ótimo’ os atletas que compõem a posição. Desta forma, ele entende que o português pode variar a maneira da equipe atuar.
“Hoje, o Abel Ferreira pode mesclar o time e poupar alguns jogadores quando for necessário, sem deixar cair o potencial dessa equipe”, escreveu Casagrande, em coluna publicada no UOL.
“Além dos ótimos e experientes laterais Marcos Rocha, Mayke e Piquerez, ainda tem os garotos Vanderlan (22 anos), que veio da base, e o argentino Giay (21), que, neste ano, está mais seguro e confiante”, acrescentou.
