O Palmeiras registrou um faturamento recorde em 2024, superando a marca de R$ 1,2 bilhão em receitas. Porém o clube teve custos altos na última temporada, com as despesas administrativas tendo um impacto no valor arrecadado.
Conforme aponta estudo da empresa Sports Value, o Verdão precisou pagar mais de R$ 200 milhões em despesas administrativas. Isso representa 15% da receita total do clube no ano passado.
O Flamengo, líder de arrecadação em 2024, aparece como o segundo com maiores despesas, com quase R$ 160 milhões São Paulo, Athletico Paranaense, Corinthians e Santos fecham o Top-6.
Além disso, somando os valores gastos pelos principais times do Brasil o total chega a R$ 1,5 milhão
Como atuar na redução dessas despesas administrativas?
O estudo da Sports Value faz uma análise sobre esses gastos citados, frisando que é um ponto que precisa de atenção, uma vez que impacta diretamente nas finanças.
Fatores como digitalização de processos, melhorar eficiência administrativa e gestão de alta performance permitiria uma queda nas despesas administrativas, trazendo um cenário ainda mais saudável para os times do Brasil pensando na questão financeira.
Ponto de atuação do Palmeiras e outros clubes
Para entender o impacto das despesas administrativas basta citar que o valor gasto pelo Verdão (R$ 203 milhões) foi maior que a diferença de R$ 60 milhões no faturamento total do clube para o Flamengo, que teve a maior arrecadação no ano passado.
Isso ocorre mesmo com o Palmeiras tendo uma boa gestão do seu clube social, que faturou R$ 67 milhões em 2024, um crescimento de 16% em relação ao ano de 2023.
Ou seja, não só o Verdão, como outros clubes, precisam dedicar um tempo para entender, reduzir e até mesmo cortas custos para diminuir seus custos e com isso poder aumentar seu faturamento anual.
