Em crise na temporada, o Santos planeja mudanças no elenco e está disposto a negociar três atletas: João Paulo, Diego Pituca e Guilherme. Eles podem ser usados como “moedas de troca” em possíveis negociações com outros clubes do Brasil, segundo informações do Uol.

Antes da parada para o Super Mundial de Clubes da Fifa, a equipe comandada por Cléber Xavier tem mais três paridas pelo Campeonato Brasileiro: Vitória (F), Botafogo (C) e Fortaleza (F).
