Vampeta, ao comparar Palmeiras e Flamengo, sinalizou um dos trunfos do time alviverde para desbancar o rival. Embora o Rubro-Negro tenha mais técnica no elenco, o ex-jogador acredita que a disposição da equipe de Abel Ferreira é favorável para uma temporada repleta de títulos. Além da entrega em cada partida, os reforços contratados para 2025 também foram incluídos no discurso de favoritismo.
“O Palmeiras, como o Flamengo, tem um leque de opções. Eu vejo que o Flamengo é mais técnico. O Palmeiras tem mais sangue nos olhos para ganhar os jogos. Não tem uma acomodação.”, disse o Velho Vamp, no Bate-Pronto, da Jovem Pan.
“É um dos favoritos em tudo. É líder do Campeonato Brasileiro, tá tranquilo na Copa do Brasil. Na Libertadores vai fazer 18 pontos. Opções não faltam para essa equipe. Olha os defensores, laterais, meio-campo forte e um ataque super poderoso.”, acrescentou.
Trabalho de Abel Ferreira
Ao contrário do Flamengo, o Palmeiras possui o mesmo técnico desde 2020. Por conta do controle exercido por Abel Ferreira, Vampeta também quis enaltecer o status dentro e fora de campo do português.
“O Abel é muito expulso, poderia melhor nisso. Mas, em relação ao trabalho, são cinco anos no comando do Palmeiras. O Flamengo é o grande rival em conquistas, mas já trocou mais de cinco treinadores. O Abel continua ali.”
“O treinador tem toda moral para fazer o que quiser porque é competente.”, afirmou.
Vampeta não subestima o São Paulo
Em relação aos torneios de mata-mata, Vampeta não descarta que Palmeiras e Flamengo sejam surpreendidos. Apesar da situação difícil no Brasileirão, o comentarista vê margem para o Tricolor bater de frente com os rivais na Libertadores e Copa do Brasil.
“São Paulo não está entre os favoritos ao título, mas no mata-mata pode encarar Palmeiras, Flamengo e River Plate, que são os favoritos ao título.”, externou,
