A campanha irregular do Flamengo na Libertadores não preocupa Cicinho. O ex-lateral enalteceu a postura dos jogadores na vitória contundente por 2 a 0 sobre a LDU, na última quinta-feira, pela penúltima rodada da fase de grupos da Libertadores.
Com gols de Léo Ortiz e Arrascaeta, o Rubro-Negro tirou um peso das costas e assumiu o segundo lugar da chave. Agora, bastará um resultado positivo diante do Deportivo Táchira para sacramentar seu lugar nas oitavas de final.
“O Flamengo vai vencer o Táchira e classificar sem sustos. Não acredito que terá dificuldades. Agora, fica aquela dúvida: se o Flamengo tivesse jogado com esse espírito desde o início da competição, estaria brigando pela liderança geral. É um dos melhores times da Libertadores, sem dúvidas nenhuma”, analisou Cicinho.
Neste momento, o Córdoba lidera com 11 pontos, seguido pelo Flamengo com oito somados. Os dois classificados serão decididos no próximo dia 28.
Sormani na contramão de Cicinho
Apesar do elenco robusto montado pelo Flamengo, Fábio Sormani não joga suas fichas na equipe carioca e projeta o Palmeiras ficando com o título continental desta temporada. Em sua análise, o Verdão se mostra mais sólido e consistente em comparação com o rubro-negro.
