The 107th PGA Championship tournament began on Thursday and runs through Sunday. The action takes place at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler (who were grouped together in the first two rounds with Xander Schauffele) entered the field as early favorites, though the stakes are high for Jordan Spieth who needs to win this tournament in order to achieve a career grand slam. The PGA Championship has eluded Spieth who last won a major at the 2017 U.S. Open.
