Roger Flores não tem mais a certeza de o Flamengo ter o principal elenco do Brasil. Em sua avaliação, o Palmeiras montou um grupo extremamente forte e capaz de brigar por absolutamente todos os títulos ao longo da temporada.
Para o ex-jogador, Abel Ferreira tem à disposição muitos atletas de um nível bastante considerável e que, mesmo com trocas, a competitividade se mantém.
“Era unanimidade até um ou dois meses que o Flamengo tinha o melhor elenco do futebol brasileiro, mas e esse Palmeiras aí? Contra o Bolívar, praticamente foi reserva e jogou em alto nível. Esse elenco do Palmeiras é equilibrado, são jogadores do mesmo nível”, disse Roger Flores.
Flamengo tenso?
Ainda no Seleção Sportv, o comentarista ligou o sinal de alerta para a questão psicológica dos jogadores do Flamengo. Na vitória sobre a LDU, ele viu uma equipe instável do ponto de vista emocional.
“Eu vi um time com pressa, tenso, uma loucura e que não tinha necessidade. O futebol não se resume à parte técnica e tática e, para o Flamengo jogar aquilo que sabe, precisa estar relaxado”, acrescentou.
Rivellino segue a linha de Roger Flores.
Ao contrário das temporadas anteriores, o Palmeiras parece agora ter um plantel capaz de bater de frente com o Flamengo. Segundo Roberto Rivellino, o Verdão tem todas as condições de sonhar com a conquista dos principais campeonatos justamente pela qualidade ímpar dos atletas que Abel Ferreira tem à disposição.
Segundo Riva, o clube paulista tem agora um elenco mais robusto em comparação com as temporadas anteriores.
“O plantel do Palmeiras melhorou muito. Desde que o Abel está no clube, nunca teve tantas opções e está na liderança com méritos. Eu lembro quando lá atrás chamaram o Abel de burro, aqui no Brasil você perde duas, parece que não presta mais”, dispara Rivellino.
