Felipe Melo, em debate atrelado ao melhor elenco do Brasileirão, indicou o Palmeiras em um patamar acima do Flamengo. Enquanto o plantel rubro-negro atravessa altos e baixos, o ex-jogador acredita que o time de Abel Ferreira, de forma completa, vem desempenhando o melhor futebol do campeonato, algo refletido pela liderança na tabela.
“Eu assisti ao jogo do Flamengo e tem alguns jogadores que têm nome, mas não foram bem e não estão vindo bem. O Palmeiras, hoje, tem um plantel que todos estão muito bem. Claro que um ou outro vai estar melhor, mas você vê um plantel que os caras estão bem.”, disse Felipe Melo, no Fechamento SporTV.
“Hoje, o Palmeiras é o que joga o melhor futebol e é o melhor plantel.”, acrescentou
Participando do debate, Eric Faria destacou que o elenco do Palmeiras possui uma vantagem em relação ao Flamengo. Neste cenário, o número de opções à disposição de Abel Ferreira, capaz de manter o nível da equipe com reservas na equipe, teve importância na análise.
“O elenco do Flamengo tem mais cartaz e jogadores de mais brilho. Mas será que o Palmeiras não está mais inteiro?”, questionou André Rizek.
“Eu acho mais homogêneo. Tem mais saúde. Não é uma diferença grande. Quando eu falo que o elenco do Palmeiras é melhor, é porque é mais homogêneo e os jogadores são mais parecidos. O Arrascaeta não tem um cara para botar no lugar, quando perde esse cara, o que você faz? O Veiga tem o Maurício e o Estêvão, tem o Paulinho no lugar do Facundo, tem o Flaco López no Lugar do Vitor Roque.”, completou Eric Faria.
Reforços no Flamengo?
Sem contar com Arrascaeta contra o Botafogo, Filipe Luís decidiu apostar em Cebolinha, Luiz Araújo, Bruno Henrique e Pedro. Porém, diante da necessidade de um armador no Flamengo, um reserva para o uruguaio e outros jogadores podem ser contratado nos próximos meses.
“Eu não penso porque o mercado está fechado, só posso pensar no próximo jogo. Pensei essa semana toda no Botafogo e em como resolver o jogo sem o Arrascaeta. Ele tentou até o final, mas não consegui.”
“Com certeza estamos no mercado olhando qualquer tipo de opção para meias, volantes e atacantes. Para todas as posições para que possamos melhorar o elenco. O mercado vai abrir em junho e com certeza temos nomes para elevar o nível desse elenco, que já é muito alto.”, externou o treinador.
