Filipe Luís, após Flamengo x Botafogo, enalteceu o status de Rossi. Ao longo do empate pelo Brasileirão, o camisa 1, além de passes certeiros em saídas rápidas de bola, mostrou eficiência ao evitar que o clube alvinegro balançasse as redes. Neste cenário, o treinador quis ressaltar a prioridade do goleiro assegurar segurança total na baliza e, se possível, contribuir em tramas ofensivas.
“O Rossi está em um grande momento, ele é importantíssimo para nós. Para mim, o goleiro tem que ser debaixo do gol, com as mãos, e ele é. Depois, se puder, nos dar essa facilidade na saída (de bola) que ele consegue nos ajudar muito.”, disse Filipe Luís, em coletiva de imprensa.
“É muito inteligente posicionando os jogadores para dar mais tempo e espaço para eles. Está em um grande momento.”, acrescentou.
Escalação no meio-campo
Sem Gerson e Pulgar disponíveis, Evertton Araújo assumiu o status de “cão de guarda” no meio-campo do Flamengo. Demonstrando confiança no jovem, Filipe Luís vê uma forte capacidade de domínio que contribui para o esquema tático.
“O Evertton Araújo é sempre muito confiável, faz jogos sólidos e domina o meio-campo. Ele tem muitos detalhes que eu gosto num volante e por isso me sinto seguro quando coloco no campo.”, afirmou.

“Todo jogador oscila durante um jogo. Não existe jogador que vai jogar sempre bem. Ainda mais aqui. O Wesley tem 21 anos e é normal passar por esses períodos. Ele gosta de treinar, de escutar… viveu um ano intenso ano passado, foi convocado para a seleção e a cabeça dele deve estar um turbilhão. Mercado europeu especulando o tempo todo.”
