O julgamento em torno da morte da palmeirense Gabriela Anelli, acertada por uma garrafa antes de um Palmeiras x Flamengo, em 2023, terminou com a condenação de Jonathan Messias Santos da Silva. O torcedor rubro-negro recebeu pena de 14 anos de prisão.
A setntença foi dada pela juíza Isadora Botti Beraldo Moro. Foram quatro votos a favor reconhecendo o dolo eventual (quando não há intenção, mas se assume o risco de matar) e três contrários. Ainda cabe recurso, e a defesa de Jonathan já afirmou que irá esgotar todos as possibilidades.

Gabriela foi morta em julho de 2023, durante uma confusão envolvendo torcedores de Flamengo e Palmeiras no lado externo do Allianz Parque, antes do jogo entre as duas equipes pelo Campeonato Brasileiro. Os dois grupos começaram a se provocar no momento em que o portão que separava as torcidas foi aberto para a passagem de uma viatura. Uma garrafa foi atirada em direção ao grupo alviverde, e os estilhaços atingiram o pescoço da jovem de 23 anos, que morreu dois dias depois.
Jonathan foi identificado através do uso de reconhecimento facial. O Ministério Público de São Paulo usou drone, scanner e outros recursos para apontar a responsabilidade do flamenguista.
Professor e diretor-adjunto de uma escola municipal do Rio, Jonathan fez uso do direito de não responder às perguntas do MP e dos assistentes de acusação. Respondeu apenas aos questionamentos da juíza e de seus advogados de defesa.
