When I went back and regraded that draft -- three years is when you can get a legitimate gauge on a draft -- it was obvious why some of the league's power teams are as good as they are right now and why some of the bottom teams drafted high again this year. Four of the five teams that received the highest grades in my regrade of that draft are the Baltimore Ravens, Kansas City Chiefs, Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions.
