Soteldo será desfalque do Santos na sequência da temporada. O clube confirmou que o atacante venezuelano teve constatada lesão no músculo bíceps femoral da coxa esquerda, região diferente da lesão anterior (músculo semitendíneo), em abril.
A tendência é que o jogador só volte a atuar após o Mundial de Clubes.
