Craque Neto vê Hugo Souza, do Corinthians, e Everson, do Atlético-MG, com nível para atuar na seleção. Reagindo à defesa monumental do camisa 1, em chute de Rony, o ex-jogador aproveitou o gancho para também enaltecer o titular do Galo. Apesar da concorrência de Ederson e Alisson, houve uma sinalização de que os dois arqueiros, destaques no Brasileirão, merecem fazer parte do grupo de Carlo Ancelotti.
“A verdade é que foi um gol do Hugo Souza! Esse goleiro é incrível, é maravilhoso. Por sinal, os dois deveriam ir para a seleção. Os dois deveriam ir para a Copa do Mundo. O Everson e o Hugo. Mais o Hugo e depois o Everson, que também vem arrebentando há muitos anos.”, disse o Craque Neto, em transmissão no YouTube.
“É impressionante o que o Hugo Souza é bom goleiro. Ele é um craque no gol.”, acrescentou.
Expectativa de Hugo Souza
Segundo o GE, Hugo Souza está na pré-lista de Carlo Ancelotti para os jogos contra Equador e Paraguai. Neste cenário, o sonho do goleiro em fazer parte do grupo da seleção pode virar realidade nesta segunda-feira (26).
“Eu fiquei muito esperançoso alguns meses atrás, porque foram dois cortes, o Ederson foi cortado, fiquei esperançoso para ver se poderia ser chamado, não fui. Depois o Alisson foi cortado, eu também fiquei esperançoso, mas acabei não indo também. Espero muito que Deus possa me dar essa oportunidade de estar lá, que é meu sonho.”, externou Hugo Souza à ESPN.
Craque Neto sugere outros goleiros para a seleção
Além de Hugo Souza e Everson, mais dois goleiros são bem vistos pelo Craque Neto. Sem mostrar nenhum tipo de apoio para que Alisson e Ederson sejam convocados para a Copa do Mundo de 2026, o ex-jogador optou por elogiar Weverton, do Palmeiras, e John, do Botafogo.
“O Weverton tinha que ser o titular da seleção! Não o Alisson e nem o Ederson. Tinha que ser o Weverton, Hugo Souza, na reserva, e o John, do Botafogo. São os três goleiros.”, opinou o Craque Neto, na Rádio Bandeirantes.
