Ferrari F2001 se stalo nejdražším Schumacherovým vozem prodaným v aukci. Rekord dosud patřil jeho monopostu z roku 2003, který se prodal za 13,2 milionu dolarů.
Současně se F2001 stalo čtvrtou nejdražší vydraženou formulí v historii. Maximum patří Mercedesu W196, ve kterém v 50. letech závodily legendy Stirling Moss a Juan Manuel Fangio. Vůz se nedávno prodal za 52,52 milionu dolarů (1,15 miliardy korun).
