Taylor Swift looked a little down during her date night with Travis Kelce in Palm Beach

Taylor Swift appeared noticeably subdued during a recent dinner outing with her boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce, in Palm Beach, Florida, as the couple continues to enjoy a quieter offseason, shrugging off personal life drama.

The two were seen leaving Harry’s restaurant in West Palm Beach late Friday evening, amid heightened media attention surrounding Swift‘s unexpected involvement in a legal dispute between her former close friend Blake Lively and actor-director Justin Baldoni.

Travis Kelce confidently shows off his hairy back during an intense offseason workout session

The date night comes at a time of transition for both. Whilst the Kansas City Chiefs‘ tight end remains in Florida preparing for offseason workouts, Swift is taking time away from touring to focus on her own peace of mind.

Their public appearance was a rare moment of visibility for the couple, who have largely kept a low profile in 2025, a stark contrast to last year’s international travels following the Chiefs‘ Super Bowl win.

Texans Poised for Division Win

Reports indicated the couple left the restaurant hand in hand shortly before 22:00 ET., flanked by private security. The singer, who was seen sipping a glass of white wine, reportedly appeared more relaxed later in the evening, smiling as she placed her order.

The subdued mood, however, did not go unnoticed as speculation about her demeanor has intensified in light of a legal controversy surrounding her long-standing friendship with Lively.

Lively subpoena withdrawn for Swift

The Grammy-winning artist was recently drawn into a contentious dispute between Lively and Baldoni following legal letter submitted by Baldoni‘s team alleged that Gossip Girl actress had pressured Swift to publicly side with her.

It threatened to release years of their private messages and created a rift as Swift aimed to protect her very carefully curated level of privacy away from the media and public wherever possible.

Earlier this month, Baldoni‘s legal team issued a subpoena to Swift. However, that was quietly withdrawn this week, meaning the 35-year-old will not have to release her texts to the world.

Though the legal entanglement is now seemingly resolved, the emotional toll may still be lingering, and the timing of Swift‘s somber public appearance has led observers to link her mood to the upheaval in her personal relationships.

Kelce focuses on NFL form

In contrast, Kelce appears to be in peak physical condition ahead of his 2025 NFL campaign, revealing he has shed 25 pounds in the offseason in a bid to bring his A-game to the Chiefs in 2025/26.

Reports from Miami, where he has been training, show the tight end engaging in intense workouts ahead of the resumption of team activities with Kansas City, starting May 27.

He aims to regain his status as Super Bowl champion after suffering defeat to the Philadelphia Eagles on February 9, in which he was criticized for his defensive efforts in the 40-22 loss.

Southampton 1 Arsenal 2 – Tierney signs off in style but more set piece struggles

Arsenal were indebted to Martin Odegaard’s superb late strike as they finished the season with a 2-1 win over bottom side Southampton. Cult hero Kieran Tierney opened the scoring just before half-time on his final appearance for the club, sweeping home Ben White’s low cross beyond former team-mate Aaron Ramsdale.AdvertisementIn front of new manager Will Still, Southampton equalised through Ross Stewart just before the hour mark.
