A gestão Pedrinho obteve mais uma vitória na Justiça sobre a 777 Partners, antiga gestora da SAF do clube, nesta quarta-feira. O Tribunal de Justiça do Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ) manteve, por decisão unânime, a liminar proferida em maio do ano passado que mantém a empresa americana afastada e o associativo, presidido por Pedrinho, no comando da SAF. O julgamento foi de recurso interposto pelos americanos quanto a liminar. O mérito da ação ainda será julgada. Paralelamente às disputas judiciais, associativo e 777 ainda estão envolvidos num processo de arbitragem, mediada pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas, por 39% das ações da SAF. A decisão desta quarta foi unânime. O colegiado da 20ª Câmara de Direito Privado acompanhou o voto do relator, o desembargador Cesar Cury, que negou o recurso. O "placar" foi de 3 a 0.
