Vasco atropela o Melgar e garante vaga nos playoffs da Sul-Americana

Rayan comemora gol na Sul-Americana (Matheus Lima | Vasco)

Precisando obrigatoriamente da vitória, o Vasco fez um jogo seguro contra o Melgar. Mesmo com o nervosismo de uma possível eliminação precoce na Sul-Americana, a equipe carioca, com os principais jogadores chamando a responsabilidade, venceu o duelo por 3 a 0. Neste cenário, a classificação rumo aos playoffs ocorreu sem sustos, algo totalmente oposto à decisão de pênaltis dramática contra o Operário-PR.

Consolidado entre os titulares e atravessando uma fase iluminada, Rayan abriu o placar em São Januário. Logo aos dois minutos, em tabela com Philippe Coutinho, o camisa 77 acertou uma chapada sem chances de defesa, lance que levou São Januário ao delírio.
