PARIVISION dropped its first map of the day before keeping its perfect record intact with a 2-1 win over Aurora Gaming during Group Stage 2 of DreamLeague Season 26 on Tuesday.

All four of Tuesday’s best-of-three matches went the distance, as BetBoom Team maintained second place by beating Gaimin Gladiators, Talon Esports charged past Yakult Brothers and Team Liquid topped Nigma Galaxy for their first win of the stage.

The $1 million Dota 2 tournament began with 16 teams divided into two groups of eight in Group Stage 1. The top four teams from each group advanced out of the opening phase.

Group Stage 2 consists of a single round-robin of best-of-three matches. Four teams then will compete in a double-elimination playoff bracket, featuring best-of-three matches until the best-of-five grand final on June 1.

The first-place team will pocket $250,000 plus a $40,000 club reward. There also will be 29,200 ESL Pro Tour points distributed among the teams participating.

On Tuesday, Aurora defeated PARIVISION in 43 minutes on green to hand the leaders just their second map loss of Group Stage 2. But PARIVISION responded with a 41-minute win on red and clinched the win with a 31-minute triumph on red.

Gaimin Gladiators defeated BetBoom in a quick 22 minutes on red before BetBoom prevailed in 44 minutes on red and 41 minutes on green. Likewise, Yakult Brothers got out to an early lead over Talon Esports in 27 minutes on green but Talon answered with 37- and 43-minute wins on red.

Team Liquid sandwiched a 35-minute win on red and a 30-minute triumph on green around a 33-minute setback to Nigma Galaxy, who played the second map on green.
