Times com coletivo bom chegam longe, mas são os times com jogadores decisivos que ganham títulos! É assim que pensa o ex-jogador Paulo Nunes sobre as equipes do futebol brasileiro.
Em participação no Charla Podcast nesta semana, o comentarista da TV Globo avaliou a dificuldade encontrada por clubes do país ao enfrentarem times de outros países, principalmente na Europa.
Segundo Paulo Nunes, três times do Brasil contam hoje com mais atletas decisivos em seus elencos: Flamengo, Atlético-MG e Internacional.
Esse fator foi importante para o time carioca, por exemplo, conseguir bater de frente contra o Liverpool na final do Mundial de Clubes em 2019 – o Flamengo perdeu o duelo por 1 a 0, com um gol de Roberto Firmino na prorrogação.
“O Flamengo contra o Liverpool, na minha opinião, enfrentou e teve jogo, porque o Flamengo, assim como o Atlético-MG e o Internacional, tem mais jogadores que resolvem”, avaliou Paulo Nunes.
“Se tiver um time muito bom coletivamente, ok. Vai chegar até certo ponto. Mas na hora de decidir, na hora do título, de buscar um jogo difícil, é esse jogador que faz”, completou o comentarista.
Atualmente, o elenco rubro-negro conta com vários atletas que se destacam nos jogos decisivos como Arrascaeta, Bruno Henrique, Pedro, Gerson e Luis Araújo, entre outros.
O Galo, por sua vez, tem como seu principal jogador o artilheiro Hulk, o meia Gustavo Scarpa e o goleiro Everson, enquanto o Colorado tem o maestro Alan Patrick, o goleiro Rochet, além dos atacantes internacionais Borré e Valencia.
