De acordo com o comentarista Wagner Fernando Velloso, o lance foi marcado por um erro técnico do goleiro santista Gabriel Brazão.
“Não pode pular para dentro do gol. O Santos não tinha goleiro. Se o goleiro está atrás da linha (do próprio gol), não tem goleiro. Do que adianta fazer uma defesa atrás da linha?”, questionou, na edição desta segunda (19) do programa Os Donos da Bola, da TV Bandeirantes
“A função do goleiro é evitar que a bola passe a linha. Se ele pula para dentro, o time está sem goleiro. Se ele tenta fazer a defesa antes da linha, beleza”, acrescentou o ex-goleiro.
Velloso fez mais análises técnicas do lance. “Essa bola, quando é cruzada, ele tem que saltar para evitar que a bola ultrapasse a linha. Quando ele pula para dentro do gol, não tem mais como evitar”, reforçou.
“Até o posicionamento (do corpo) está errado. O posicionamento dele já estava na diagonal para dentro. Ele tinha que dar a passada e cortar em cima da linha. O goleiro tem que fazer a diagonal para frente”, finalizou o ídolo do Palmeiras.
