Na atual edição, o país vizinho possui quatro representantes vivos no pleito: Estudiantes, River Plate, Racing e Vélez Sarsfield. Todos foram líderes em seus respectivos grupos.

Carlo Ancelotti’s Brazil debut sees side record just three total shots in underwhelming draw at Ecuador

Brazil may be under new management with Carlo Ancelotti taking over, but that doesn't mean that some of the same problems don't remain following a 0-0 draw with Ecuador. Ancelotti shook up the squad as Casemiro returned to the Brazil starting XI, which was a massive boon to the defense of the Selecao, but they weren't able to finish their own chances. Facing Ecuador, it's tough to score, but Brazil's attack, especially with Vinicius Junior, is expected to overwhelm teams in the long run. But despite the changes, Casemiro was their most dangerous attacker, hitting the post during the match. Brazil only took three shots, putting two on target, while Ecuador took seven, putting three on target. Pervis Estupinan especially had good chances that almost ended in goals for Ecuador, but where things are more positive is that Brazil didn't concede. Most […]

Paige Bueckers injury: Wings’ No. 1 draft pick to miss third consecutive game due to concussion

Paige Bueckers, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft, has been ruled out for the Dallas Wings' matchup against the Los Angeles Sparks on Friday. This will be the third consecutive missed game for Bueckers, who was placed in the concussion protocol on May 30. Bueckers was a partial participant in the Wings' practice on Thursday. She was limited to non-contact work and shooting drills, per Grant Afseth. The soonest Bueckers could return is on Sunday against the Minnesota Lynx. Bueckers last appeared in the Wings' loss to the Chicago Sky on May 29, but it's unclear exactly when she suffered a concussion. "You know, she didn't really say anything. And then yesterday, after the game, she said she was feeling like she had a headache," Wings coach Chris Koclanes said after Bueckers was placed in the concussion protocol. "And […]

Is Arch Manning the Colts’ next big star? Rumors swirl about a strategic tanking plan involving Daniel Jones

The Indianapolis Colts are in the eye of the storm following the recent injury of quarterback Anthony Richardson, who suffered inflammation in the AC joint of his right shoulder-the same injury that led him to undergo surgery in 2023.
