Miniature lakes dot the property, dense greenery stretches across every acre, and the stillness of the land gives off a serene, almost spiritual vibe. “A whole lot of bugs,” Bucky joked, underscoring just how untouched and wild some parts of the land still are.

The inside of the main house is pristine and modern. With bright white walls, soft lighting, and a spacious open-concept layout, the interior of the home feels both luxurious and inviting.
A large island anchors the kitchen, which is packed with high-end appliances and top-tier finishes. Just across from it sits a family-sized dining table, perfect for team dinners or quiet meals with loved ones.
A personal theater room with seating for 10 to 15 people adds another layer of comfort, allowing the family to unwind together with movies or game film. Chandeliers hang overhead in several rooms, providing a subtle elegance throughout the home.
But perhaps most striking is the outdoor pier that stretches across one of the estate’s tranquil lakes, connecting the main house with the rest of the grounds.
In a nod to his love for Asian aesthetics, Sanders has placed two samurai statues-each holding a katana-at the entrance of the home. It’s an unexpected touch, but fitting for a man who views discipline, tradition, and toughness as cornerstones of success.
According to Bucky, his father recently “built a new little chill spot out here,” referring to a new section of the ranch that includes a canopy-covered lounge, a mini-golf area, and regal stone pillars. “Pretty cool,” Bucky said, admiring the space.
