Julio Casares gerou sentimentos mistos nas redes sociais, por conta da entrevista concedida ao podcast “Alt Tabet”, que foi ao ar nesta quarta-feira (04). Na oportunidade, o presidente do São Paulo aproveitou um dos momentos mais leves do papo para revelar o talento de imitação do apresentador Silvio Santos, que morreu em agosto do ano passado.
Desafiado a contar algo surpreendente de si, o presidente do Tricolor disse que, por vir de rádio, gostava de fazer locução, o icônico ‘homem do Baú’ era uma das figuras que ele imitava nos programas. A revelação, no entanto, provocou uma mescla de ironias, com muitos questionando que a postura do mandatário não foi adequada, mediante à situação complicada do clube, mas também teve gente que aprovou, inclusive, se surpreendendo com o dom do mandatário.
“Eu, na verdade, vim do rádio, e o rádio era locução mesmo, sem imagem, uma coisa maravilhosa. Nessa época, eu era advogado e fazia o programa de rádio, e eu gostava muito de imitar o Silvio Santos”, disse o presidente do São Paulo, provocando surpresa e risadas de quem acompanhava a entrevista. Casares projeta ‘ressurgimento’ do SPFC
Além da imitação de Silvio Santos, um outro ponto que deu o que falar na entrevista de Julio Casares foi o fato do mandatário discursar em tom de confiança, que o clube vai contornar a situação financeira delicada em um curto tempo, e em dois anos, prospectou um nivelamento com o arquirrival Palmeiras, em termos de estrutura administrativa.
No último balanço financeiro divulgado, a dívida do São Paulo atingiu a casa dos R$ 968 milhões, tendo uma ampliação de R$ 112 milhões em apenas um ano na gestão Julio Casares. Apesar da situação preocupante, onde inclusive tem adotado a contensão de grandes investimentos, o presidente disse estimar que até 2030 o clube vai sanar todo o débito, e em 2027 e 2028 já poderá fazer frente ao Verdão, na disputa por jogadores no mercado.

Vindo de duas derrotas consecutivas no Brasileirão, o São Paulo iniciou a preparação para encarar o Vasco, em choque da 12ª rodada, agendado para a próxima quinta-feira (12), diante do Vasco, no MorumBIS.
