Možnost výstavby centra tento týden znovu projednali zastupitelé městské části Praha-Šeberov, která má již od roku 2022 se Slavií podepsané Memorandum o spolupráci. Tehdy počítali sešívaní s přípravou osmi hřišť a s benefity, které odpovídaly možnostem tehdejšího akcionáře klubu. Když však vstoupil do Slavie nový majitel Pavel Tykač, ambice se změnily nejen na hřišti, ale dle zdrojů redakce i u tohoto projektu.
Do Šeberova by se mohlo kromě mládežnických týmů kluků a dívek přesunout pro trénink i ligové áčko, béčko a ženský celek. „V průběhu posledních let jsme navštívili bezpočet tréninkových center a sportovních komplexů po celé Evropě. Sdílení tréninkového centra mládeží společně s jejich dospělými vzory je osvědčeným modelem, který má pro výchovu nových generací talentů jen pozitivní efekty,“ podotkl na dotaz Sport.cz první místopředseda slávistického představenstva Martin Říha.
Tato úprava se řešila i na posledním zastupitelstvu. Výsledek? „Nesmírně si vážíme toho, že zastupitelstvo městské části Praha-Šeberov přijalo usnesení, které navrhuje zastupitelstvu hlavního města schválit změnu záměru svěření doplněnou právě o možnost využití sportovně-tréninkového centra jak pro mládež, tak také pro kategorie dospělých,“ doplnil Říha.
Současné vedení Prahy nápad podporuje. „Projekt sportovně-tréninkového centra je jednou z našich hlavních priorit v oblasti sportu a vzdělávání. S městskou částí Praha-Šeberov a klubem SK Slavia Praha na něm společně pracujeme od roku 2022. Jedná se o unikátní komunitní projekt zaměřený zejména na sportování a vzdělávání dětí a mládeže, a to jak z mládežnické akademie fotbalové Slavie, tak z Šeberova a okolí,“ uvedl Antonín Klecanda, radní pro školství a sport hlavního města.
Zastupitelé městské části se dlouhodobě snažili najít partnera pro využití celého území pro sport a starostku Petru Venturovou těší, že se podařilo pozemek svěřit do správy městské části, aby aktivně mohla ovlivňovat vlastní podobu areálu. Zdůraznila také, že zastupitelům se podařilo prosadit zvětšení veřejného prostoru pro sport, oddych a rekreaci až na velikost přesahující 40 tisíc metrů čtverečních.
Cílem je podle Venturové naplnit územní plán, vytvořit společný projekt se Slavií, ale zároveň ochránit zájmy obyvatel městské části i životní prostředí, včetně přírodní chráněné památky Hrnčířské louky.
Slavia se v dokumentaci, kterou šeberovští zastupitelé prostudovali, zavazuje například k tomu, že její centrum bude pomáhat ve vzdělávání. Měla by úzce spolupracovat s místními školami, pomáhat s výukou tělesné výchovy a motivovat děti k pohybu. A také by měla podporovat místní amatérské kluby a spolky. V rámci podpory výkonnostního fotbalu by měla být dokonce metodickým garantem nově vzniklého dětského fotbalového týmu Šeberova.
Areál by měl navíc sloužit i místním, pro které by byl k dispozici volnočasový park o rozloze více než 40 tisíc metrů čtverečních. Jeho podoba by dle předložených materiálů měla vzniknout z diskuse obyvatel Šeberova a jeho zastupitelů. Klub z Edenu by se také zasadil o maximální ochranu unikátních Hrnčířských luk, odváděl by padesát procent stavebního platu do rozpočtu Šeberova, nenarušil by noční klid v okolí a dopravní zatížení by snížil kyvadlovou dopravou Eden–Šeberov. Navíc by tu dospělé týmy nehrály žádné soutěžní zápasy.
„Vítáme, že příprava projektu nyní postupuje do další fáze. Zadali jsme celou řadu odborných průzkumů a studií, které ukážou, zda a za jakých podmínek půjde výstavbu centra realizovat. Společně s vedením městské části Praha-Šeberov pak chceme v následujících měsících projekt ve větším detailu představit šeberovské a hrnčířské veřejnosti. Společným cílem je, aby provoz centra obyvatelům Šeberova nepřinášel komplikace, ale naopak aby otevíral nové možnosti v oblasti sportu, vzdělávání, volného času a komunitního života v obci,“ uzavřel Říha.
