A Juventus-ITA não só confirmou o favoritismo diante do Al Ain, dos Emirados Árabes Unidos, como também aplicou uma goleada de 5 a 0, na noite desta quarta-feira, em Buzzard Point. Ao assumir a liderança do Grupo G, o resultado também pode ser importante para o time italiano levar vantagem no saldo de gols na briga pelo primeiro lugar com o Manchester City-ING. Kolo Muani e Francisco Conceição marcaram duas vezes cada.
A Juventus não tomou conhecimento do Al Ain no primeiro tempo. Em jogada bem trabalhada, a equipe italiana envolveu facilmente a defesa adversária para abrir o placar. Alberto Costa cruzou na medida para Kolo Muani, que subiu alto na segunda trave e testou no ângulo. Encontrando espaços para apoiar no ataque, o lateral-direito também participou do segundo gol.
Desta vez, ele ficou no chão após dividida na área, e a bola sobrou para Francisco Conceição, que ajeitou com categoria e finalizou de canhota, desviando na zaga antes de balançar as redes. Um dos melhores jogadores da partida, o atacante português infernizou os defensores do Al Ain pelas beiradas do campo.
Mesmo com dois gols de vantagem, a Juventudes não tirou o pé do acelerador. Yildis limpou com facilidade o marcador e arriscou de fora da área. A bola chegou a tocar na trave e entrou.
