Pensando nisso, O GLOBO desenvolveu uma calculadora que identifica a localização de cada participante no momento em que a linha de chegada foi cruzada pela primeira vez, através do pace.
Há duas versões da calculadora, de acordo com os vencedores das provas. Entre os homens, o campeão foi o etíope Joshua Kogo, que terminou a prova em 2h14min18s. No pelotão de elite feminino, o primeiro lugar também foi para uma corredora da Etiópia: Zinash Debebe Getachew completou os 42km em 2h34min58s.
