Campos do centro de treinamento do Internacional sofrem com alagamentos causados pela elevação do Guaíba e preocupa torcedores nas redes sociais
O lago Guaíba está com 3,28 metros, segundo medição realizada na Usina do Gasômetro, no início da tarde desta segunda-feira (23). A projeção do Instituto de Pesquisas Hidráulicas (IPH) da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) é que esse aumento continue. Os reflexos já podem ser notados na cidade, inclusive no CT Parque Gigante, do Internacional.
Com a elevação do Guaíba e o forte vento, o Internacional informou que a água começou a invadir as laterais dos campos do centro de treinamento colorado. Pelas imagens, é possível ver que há pontos que já estão submersos.
Jogadores ainda não voltaram a treinar e protocolos podem ser adotados
Desde o dia 12 de junho, quando o Inter perdeu por 2 a 0 para o Atlético-MG, pelo Campeonato Brasileiro, o elenco de jogadores profissionais está de férias. A previsão é que os atletas e a comissão técnica voltem aos trabalhos no próximo sábado (28), e as condições do gramado serão monitoradas para a retomada dos treinamentos.
O Internacional afirmou que a situação está sendo monitorada e, até o momento, não foram registrados danos. O clube ainda afirmou que conta com protocolos para o enfrentamento de enchentes no CT e, caso necessário, as medidas serão ativadas preventivamente.
Torcedores reclamam das condições do CT
A divulgação do princípio de alagamento nos gramados do CT Parque Gigante gerou reclamações dos torcedores colorados. Em comentários nas redes sociais, torcedores citaram que o local foi improvisado para a Copa do Mundo de 2014 e continua da mesma forma, sem revitalizações e adaptações adequadas.
Além das críticas sobre a falta de melhorias na estrutura do centro de treinamento, muitos torcedores também associaram os problemas enfrentados no CT à má fase do time dentro de campo, não apenas em 2025, mas ao longo de temporadas anteriores.
