A venda de Jair para o Nottingham Forest foi oficialmente selada nesta quinta-feira (3), com a assinatura oficial do contrato para que o zagueiro deixa o Botafogo e vá para o time da Premier League. E a venda deverá ajudar os cofres do Santos também.
Isto porque uma parte dos valores da negociação do zagueiro terá de ser repassada ao Peixe. Segundo informação do RTI Esporte, cerca de 400 milhões de euros (R$ 2,5 milhões) irão para o clube da Vila Belmiro como parte do chamado ‘mecanismo de solidariedade’ da Fifa, no qual fatias dos valores de vendas são repassadas a todos os clubes que tomaram parte da formação do zagueiro.
Regra da Fifa
Segundo o regulamento, cada clube que participou do ciclo de base terá a 0,25% dos valores da negociação por cada ano em que o jogador esteve na equipe entre os 12 e os 15 anos. No período que vai entre 16 a 23 anos, a porcentagem é um pouco maior, com os clubes formadores tendo 0,5% por cada ano ao qual o atleta esteve vinculado à equipe
Com isso, o mecanismo de solidariedade da Fifa totalizaria que, no máximo, 3% dos valores da venda, estimada em 12 milhões de euros (R$ 76 milhões), de acordo com o RTI, deverão vir por cumprir todos os requisitos para ser qualificado para receber o dinheiro a ser repassado por este procedimento. Jair passou todo o período de base na Vila Belmiro, chegando com 11 pontos e subindo aos profissionais com 19.
E mais grana pode vir
E ainda há a chance de que mais dinheiro possa vir diante de outros procedimentos. O Santos tem ainda cerca de 10% dos direitos econômicos do zagueiro, o que segundo Murilo Tauro, no SporTV, pode render ainda mais 1,2 milhão de euros (R$ 7,64 milhões) da parte a qual o Alvinegro Praiano tem direito da divisão dos valores a serem pagos ao Botafogo.
E ainda há dinheiro que o Peixe terá de repassar a Jair, este ligado à venda do zagueiro ao Glorioso, no começo do ano. Neste caso, seriam 500 mil euros de acordo com o Diário do Peixe da primeira parcela paga pelos cariocas pela aquisição do atleta, o que até agora não teria sido creditado ao agora defensor do Forest.
