Dostál měl u sebe v Račicích raději telefon, kdyby se syn rozhodl dostat na svět dřív. „Termín máme až v červenci, ale děti se někdy rozhodnou, že chtějí na svět dřív. A zatím to vypadá, že miminko vydrží i přes celý šampionát,“ říkala Paloudová. Syna Jonatána přivítali spokojení partneři mezi sebe až nyní a podle plánu.
Dvaatřicetiletý kajakář má pět olympijských medailí a řadu úspěchů z dalších světových závodů. O šest let mladší Paloudová sbírala největší úspěchy ve sjezdu na divoké vodě.
